Beautifully maintained home in new condition overlooking the 9th hole of the acclaimed Hernando Oaks golf course. This property is in a well cared for, gated community. The house has a private screened-in pool and spa which can be heated in the winter months for a nominal fee. Included is a large master bedroom with en-suite containing a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. Three other bedrooms are furnished with 2 sets of twin beds and a double bed, all with walk in closets. The living area is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area that looks out through three large, sliding doors onto the scenic golf course and surrounding wooded areas. The garage can hold two cars, and a washer, dryer, and ironing board are available in the laundry room. There is also an office with a spare single daybed and desk with wireless Internet access. Finally, there is screen enclosed porch, which is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and look out at the sunset. NO SMOKING OR PETS

Golf Information: Tenants can avail of the golf course through the Hernando Oaks Pro shop. This is where you can information about the course and driving range, and make bookings. The shop does not rent golf clubs, but can hire out carts and other accessories. In addition, there are other golf courses in the area including the Southern Hills community course less than a mile away.

Theme Parks: This property is ideally located to take advantage of the theme parks in both Tampa and Orlando: Orlando is 90 minutes by car and is home to the DisneyWorld, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and much more. Tampa is 60 minutes by car, and also has a wealth of attractions, including Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Zoo, the Florida Aquarium, MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry - great for kids), and much more. Finally, there are numerous beaches up and down the west coast, from the local beaches, including Pine Island (20 min) to the famous St Petersburg/ Clearwater beaches (70 min)
