Located in a desirable area close to The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club which you may request a temporary membership to play golf, tennis, workout at the gym, or dinner at the club for an additional fee. This estate is located on a private street which allows guest to enjoy their retreat but be within walking/biking distance to shopping and restaurants This home has recently been remodeled providing you with a cozy but elegant retreat. Very Private and located in a Safe neighborhood. The property is large enough for on site parking with a beautiful oceanfront yard for entertaining while relaxing on the beach. The kitchen and sitting room is where you will enjoy your coffee/tea and newspaper while watching the Sun rise in the morning and watching the moon rise in the evenings or just watch the dolphins play in the sea - every morning is different being on the ocean. Enjoy oceanfront dining which seats 8 along with extra seating around the kitchen bar.
