Contemporary, Palmeraie Condominium is located beachfront along the Western Coastline of Las Terrenas after the Fishermen’s Village, about a mile West of ALISEI Hotel and adjacent to Colibrí Hotel. It consists of 12 Apartment Blocks with 36 units of two and three stories located strategically to allow an ocean view from each balcony. Our unit sits in the middle of the condo complex fronting the Main Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi and contains two spacious Fully Air Conditioned Master Suites opening each to an ocean view balcony, one with a King Bed and the other with two Queen Beds, with a full bathroom suite on each bedroom including shower, water closet and bidet and a separate sunken lavatory on a marble Vanity Top, and Ceiling Fans on both bedrooms. A Living area with two lounge chairs and a Queen Sofa Bed. A Round Glass Top Dining Table for 6 and Fully equipped Kitchen with Hot Plate, Toaster Oven, and all Silver, Glass and Dinner Ware. Newly furnished and decorated.
