This quiet and lovely flat gives you a sight on the roofs of Paris (Eiffel Tower and Opera Garnier). Situated on the 6th floor (without lift) ,this bright and pleasant apartment is nicely decorated by originals paintings -Enjoy sunset views to the Eiffel Tower-The bedroom has a King sized bed. This 463 square feet (43m2) flat is located in the center of Paris with district researched by the Parisians for its facilities (shopping, restaurants, transports...). Montmartre, Grands Boulevards, Galerie Lafayette, Opéra... are all ten minutes away on foot.Within 100 metres(rue des Martyrs) are located the subway and all the shops needed, including fruit and vegetables, butchery, bakery,famous pastry, liquor store, supermarket and hairdresser. Telephone and DSL Internet connection available in the flat: the tenants have to be equipped with a laptop. Heated individually by electricity. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, two burners and microwave.

Spacious, quiet and close to everything

Me and my wife stayed at this apartment from August 21 to August 30th and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owner, who is also a talented artist (you will see his pictures on the walls!), was very nice and helpful. The apartment is located on the top floor and overlooks the courtyard. The living room is very airy and quiet. You will not hear any street noise. The apartment is within a few minutes by metro from main Paris attractions. The famous Mouline Rouge Cabaret and Monmartre are 15 minutes walk away. There are dozens of nice restaurants, bars and bistors around. There's a good supermarket just up Rue de Martyrs called Shopi. It's got just about everything you need to cook a good meal, and, of course, a great selection of French wines! Another supermarket, Monop, although a bit more expensive, is just round the corner. The good thing about it is that it's open until midnight.
If you really want to get a feel of Paris life I would very strongly recommend this apartment.
