Beautiful 8 year old house with open floor plan is steps away from beautiful salt pond and walk to Green Hill Beach. House contains all the amenities of home. Large kitchen with island, stainless steal appliances, mud room with washer and dryer, huge wrap around deck and outside shower. House is 2008 square feet and has beautiful fire place, master bedroom with master bathroom, additional room with queensize bed and room with two bunk beds. Quiet, Green Hill Acres Association. Very open and airy. Beach pass provided for local beaches.
