Built in 2001, this 2700 sq. ft. executive home sits atop a bluff overlooking the ocean, Catalina Island, the Newport Beach Peninsula and the world-renowned Pelican Hill Golf Club. Situated within the gated community of Crystal Cove in Newport Coast, the home is ideally located 5 miles south of Newport Beach and 5 miles north of Laguna Beach. Canyon hiking, private parks and Crystal Cove State Beach are all within walking distance as are the many shops and restaurants that make up Crystal Cove Promenade. Access to a large community center with a pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean, a gym and tennis courts.
