Looking for something different? Sometimes the beaches,casinos, shopping malls and expensive restaurants are not exactly what you really need!. How about a beautiful 'hacienda' nestled in a beautifully landscaped and uncrowded area, where there is no loud music, crashing waves, and traffic sounds all hours of the day. Ummmmm! just a large swimming pool, 4 man made wading ponds, basketball and tennis courts,which are never crowded. Also walking and bicycling paths. Golfers are,just a 20 to 25 minutes drive away from the famous 'Palmas Del Mar Resort', sea site with world class golf courses and 25 minutes from San Juan and 5 minutes from Caguas, the fifth largest city of Puerto Rico. There's a full gym, a charming 'Club House' and other many other amenities, services, and opportunities available. Just ask Helen! Oh, last but most important the ' Sabanera Del Rio ' complex is a gated community and is patrolled 24 hours a day and their security officers are helpful and very informativ

My family of all ages loved our stay at this property. The house was very spacious and decorated beautifully. Helen made us feel very welcome and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

Everything was clean and comfortable for our stay.

This is a wonderful location with a beautiful view, we would stay again anytime!

The perfect place!!!

The house is perfect, beautiful and everything was super clean, well equipped and well organized.
The area was peaceful and refreshing. We stayed with a group of 7 kids that fully enjoyed the house, and its amenities (pool, gardens, club house). The views it’s spectacular with river, lagoon, and a nice tranquility that invite you to relax.
We definitely would stay there again and recommended to our firnds.
