This large, ocean view family getaway has 4 bedrooms, four baths and a wrap-around balcony on three stories. There is a full kitchen upstairs and kitchenette downstairs with a very large billiard playroom and heated pool. The home is located on a deep canal with 80' of concrete dock, fish cleaning station, BBQ grill and now with 'Wireless High speed Internet'! It is four canals away from fishing charters, glass bottom boat, snorkeling trips, diving charters and a Casino Boat that sails out every day. The property is only 1 hour from Miami. As soon as you get in your boat, you are 2 minutes away from the open ocean. Watch gorgeous sunsets from the top balcony!
