Situated on a hedged and gated quarter acre lot high above a tree-lined street, and within walking distance to the Rose Bowl, Old Town Pasadena, this fully restored Historic Landmark known as Mansion Adena is reputed to be the second oldest home in Pasadena. A formal rose garden features a gorgeous fountained spa and pathways that meander throughout the property. Other property features include 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, plus a rear parlor (which may be used as a 5th bedroom) with crown moldings, original decorative fireplaces, and 3.5 beautifully restored bathrooms. The cooks kitchen is period appropriate but also contains many modern conveniences such as a stainless steel thermador range, carrera marble counter tops,a center island with a vegetable sink, and seating for eight, along with a separate office area.
