The Funhouse Ranch is an amazing and one of a kind property that offers peace and tranquility on 60 beautiful acres of rolling hills & meadows. The top of the property has an expansive 360 degree view of the 5 Valleys of Missoula. We are located at the very end of a gated private road. No neighbors are visible and you feel like you are miles away from civilization, yet the Funhouse Ranch is only 10 mins from charming downtown Missoula. Truly an outdoor sportsman's paradise, winters sports include downhill & cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and snowmobiling. Summer sports include hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, golf, folf, rafting, and all that the Rattlesnake wilderness has to offer is only 10 mins away. Easy access via the new footbridge to Rattlesnake creek for fishing and soaking. The famed Bitterroot river, Blackfoot river, and Clark Fork river, are all within 20 minutes. So are multiple National Forest trailheads and Snowbowl Ski Area can be reached in 25 mins.
