Plenty of acreage as well as a spacious deck to hang out, play frisbee, throw the ball around, etc. Conveniently located to bay beaches (great kayaking bay beach nearby), ocean beaches, golf courses (including world renowned Shinnecock Hills) and the wonderful shopping of downtown Southampton Village. 2 story with a living room on each level. Lovingly decorated. Choose to relax at the house or mingle with the rich and famous in downtown Southampton, the Southampton nightlife and the Southampton beaches. Very central to all. Private pool and outdoor hot tub as well as playset means you don't even have to leave the home to be entertained. 1.5 acres surrounded by woods lends privacy to your getaway. Eat-in kitchen and dining area that seats 12 accomodates large families. BBQ and patio set for outdoor enjoyment.

Enjoy the Hamptons!: Should you wish to venture off the property the pristine ocean and bay beaches of Southampton are close by. The bay beaches are one of the area's best kept secret and quite popular with kayakers. The bay beach also offers a nice calm body of water for a morning swim. The famous ocean beaches of the Hamptons are nearby as well. I was most surprised when I first came out to the Hamptons to discover how empty the beaches are! Southampton village is a quaint village filled with high-end shops and local food. We can point you in the direction of all the tony restaurants as well as the secret seafood hide-outs. The Hamptons also offer plenty of nightlife as well as the daytime events you may have read about such as the polo events, museum benefits, etc. There is a nice children's museum that opened recently as well.
