Beautiful Condo directly on the beach. San Carlos is a nice new building with a gradual entry pool, workout facility that overlooks the ocean. a sauna for guest to unwind. All within close walking to distance to sea and suds and many other popular restaurants and hangouts.This unit was furnished in March 2009 so you'll be one of the first to stay in this comfortable 3 bedroom condo. Please look through the pictures and you'll see the furnishings are first rate You will be comfortable.enjoy the spacious balcony.and can work from the beachfront office with wireless internet. You'll also see a 47' flat panel lcd in the main living room...a 32 inch in the master suite. The master suite has a king bed,jacuzzi tub,walk-in closet and more.The other two bedrooms have queen beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a very comfortable leather sectional.The kids will love all the activities Gulf Shores offers.

Amazing condo, great location, perfect trip!

I booked this condo for me and 4 friends for 3 nights in mid July. The condo was amazing and beautifully decorated. Everything we could have needed was already in the condo...bought a few groceries and were set for our entire stay!
We couldn't have had a better view of the ocean. We were centrally located to plenty of restaurants....VERY convenient to everything! We walked to Sea N Suds, Pancake House, and Pink Pony Pub in minutes. Bruno's grocery store was less than 5 minutes away which meant more beach time for us!

The beach was never too crowded and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful while buying our parking passes.

David was a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. His check-in instructions were clear and concise. We arrived slightly earlier than expected and he was more than flexible allowing us to check-in a little early.

I have been to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Ft. Walton area numerous times for vacation and this was by far one of the best condos I have stayed in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get the most for their vacation money. I look forward to future rentals!
