Comfortable, clean, newly renovated, 2nd story walk-up on the historic Lower East Side available for rent! Apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 people. Located in a quiet tenement building in the center of the one of the oldest neighborhoods in Manhattan, you are just one block away from the F train and across the street from Seward Park. Only a short walk to Chinatown, Soho, the East Village and Little Italy, but there is plenty to do in this 'Bargain District'. Attractions include art galleries and museums, boutiques, dive bars and cafes, live music, fine dining and cheap eats; Judaica shops, kosher delis and bakeries, the Donut Plant and the famous Pickle Guys. This is not a share, there are very few personal belongings and all furnishings are brand new.

If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the one!
This apartment is exactly as described.

Service exceeded all our expectations. From the very first inquiry, Sofia was "spot on" for customer service and satisfaction. We were delighted by her wonderful hospitality.

Moreover, location, cleanliness and comfort are top notch...
Internet in room was a great bonus.

Would stay here again for sure!!

I highly recommend this studio. Good location, very clean and comfortable. The only draw back is the stairs.
