Stunning brand new condo located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The overall condo project is marvelously designed and full of amenities to fill the hearts content. This brand new Scottsdale vacation rental boasts 2 bedrooms + flex room and 2 bathrooms on the 3th floor. The custom designed interior is truly a masterpiece as seen in the photos. All furnishings are well placed and very comfortable to maximize the space. All the kitchen appliances are stainless steel and surrounded by granite and cherry wood cabinets. Cooking is a delight in this gorgeous kitchen! The sleeping arrangements are a king bed in the master suite, a queen in the second bedroom and a queen fold out in the flex room. The private balcony is filled with vegetation and seating for a relaxing escape or outdoor dining.

This truly is a Luxury Scottsdale Rental for cheaper than a typical hotel. The new W is around the corner and this condo is much cheaper and much nicer.
