The newly built farmhouse is located at the edge of the village and has a panoramic view of southern Tuscany. For each apartment, there is a covered seating area in the communal garden, as well as a covered parking spot. The apartment has Tuscan furnishings and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Unschlagbar ist natürlich der atemberaubende Rundumblick über das toskanische Umland des schönen Bergdörfchens Ravi. Dank eines kleinen Lebensmittelladens im Nachbardorf Gavorrano und eines größeren in Bagno sowie des großen Kühlschranks ist auch die Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln kein Problem. Die einmal wöchentlich vom Vermieter organisierten Grillabende tragen zum positiven Klima unter den Mietern des Hauses bei. Der Pool ist eine wirklich Bereicherung und ergänzt die durchweg gute Ausstattung. Dank der Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern ist auch in heißen Nächten ein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub für Individualisten, die im direkten Umfeld Ruhe und Erholung sowie typisch toskanische Leben schätzen. Interessante Besichtigungen bekannter Städte sind allerdings immer mit etwas Fahrzeit durch eine tolle Landschaft verbunden.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (Doppelbelegung nach einem Fehler duch den Vermieter) hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach, aber mit allen mediterranen Elementen ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist grandios und auch der zum Haus gehörende Pool sauber und auch recht groß. Am Ortsrande gelegen hat man viel Ruhe und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Man muss mobil sein um die Schönheit der Toskana wirklich zu erleben.
Ob die Wohnung wirklich für 3 Personen geeignet ist, bezweifeln wir. Aber sehr sehr gerne würden wir dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen, dann aber in einer etwas größeren Wohnung.
