There is so much charm in this house that you feel right at home when you walk in the Door. The back yard is a added plus. Not many in Las Vegas are this beautiful. It has A outdoor kitchen and bath under the palapa's, including a hammock that just happens To be the perfect place for a nap. The large pool is 20 x 40. With a double entry and Sitting ledge around it. Inside the house, t.v room has a 52' flat screen t.v with theater seating, and fireplace Also a bar with tractor bar stools. Very unique. Family room has 40' t.v. with the dinning room table that overlooks the back yard and pool, so you never miss out on A thing. There are 4 bedrooms with queen size beds and lots of extra's as well. Each Room has a t.v and cable, the master bedroom is a 900 sq. Ft suite. With a eastern king Bed it also has a sitting area and a see through fireplace. Spa tub and steam Shower just like at the gym, to start or end your day on the perfect note.

Casa de Contenta: This home reflects the personality of the owners, colorful and happy, we love having our family and friends with us and comfortable at the same time.. that is how you will feel the minute you walk in the front door of this home. There is a casita (guest cottage) that can make this a 6 bed room home for you. it has its own kitchenette and bath, as well as a washer and dryer. so for you long term rentals this is the ticket for guests on the property there are also hookups for at least 2 large motor homes the house has been used for large family gatherings with enough parking for everyone. There is more than a 1/2 acre of parking out on the rear lot.

The amenities : There is 4 comfortable queen beds and a king in master bd room. private 20 x 40 pool an spa/with a waterfall. master shower has steam unit. just like at the spa. also a whirlpool tub for two. A bbq that the grill master would die for under the palapa , attached is a place to nap on a hamack there is a thatched changing room and pool side restroom. half court basketball is behind the garage for those that like to throw a few hoops. plenty of space for everyone to get a tan or have your morning coffee by the hugh pool decks. entertaining is easy in this spacious yard. a quite evening buy the gas burning fire ring is a lot of fun for all, to swing on a bench or sit on the rock and listen to the quite of the starlite Las Vegas nights. gathering of groups that travel in them. so everyone can be in one spot.

location location/ yet still not in the city.: This property is located, for those that like to shop, out let mall couple of block away. the new town center with in 5 minutes, town square in green valley 7 minutes, las vegas airport 5 minutes, entertainment mandalay bay resort and casino, 7 minutes in traffic,. south point casino. 5 minutes, silvertoncasino/ 3 minutes.

When we arrived at the house the owner was waiting she is a absolute doll. This house is more than we had imagined. We felt as if we were at home this home is so beatiful and relaxing couldn't have ask for a better place. We were here for a varity a reasons vacation, wedding, rec eption and to just be together as a family. We will definatly stay here again and I also suggest this home to you I can not ever see myself staying in a hotel again after this experience first time renting home.

Vicky (the owner)is the sweetest woman ever! Meeting her was like seeing your favorite auntie. Now let's move on to the house. The pics do not do it justice. It is a very wide ranch one story house with amazing rooms. The lay out was very comfortable and location of the house was perfect. The house featured BOSE surround sound throughout the entire house, even the BBQ and pool area. There were so many places to relax that I didnt know where to go!! Anyway, the A/C was also cool and the pool temp was always perfect. I highly recommend this home.

We rented this house for a group of 13 and it was perfect. There is plenty of space and the backyard makes this an ideal hangout spot. Great pool and bbq area. The house also comes with all amenities you might need and the owner is very accommodating and friendly. Location would be good for almost any group, including those with kids. Will definitely be coming back here.
