Viewpoint Condo 145 is a luxury nearly all can afford. With a queen bed in the master and a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living area this mountain retreat can sleep 4. Very cozy furnishings with the high end feeling and look. Large flat screen TV (and DVD player) and a warm natural rock fireplace in the living area. This getaway is just a short walk to the Village and the Village gondola, and a few short steps to the town bus/trolley that can get you anywhere in the city. This special mammoth home away from home is comfortable, clean, close to everything, affordable, and is waiting for you.

Notes: Our condo is very nicely furnished and is extremely comfortable. This condo is in a complex with a very nice pool and jacuzzi. In the summers there are BBQ facilities as well. In the clubhouse there are pool tables, video games, and ping pong. There is a very nice sauna as well.

My son and I stayed at this very comfortable and affordable condo from 6/07/09 until 6/11/09. We recommend this ground level condo for anyone traveling in the Mammoth Lakes area. We have visited Mammoth Lakes for years and this owner has really taken the work out of rental paperwork. Great accommodations and communication from this owner. Very close to all of the restaurants and shops as well as beautiful views. Everything you need is provided for a very comfortable stay. The clubhouse, jacuzzi, BBQ, pool, game room and sauna room are very nice features and we did use them. Again, I most definitely will contact this owner when ever we consider a trip back to Mammoth Lakes.

Clean and wonderful

My wife and I wanted to visit with our granddaughter and be able to spend the most time with her with the limited time we had. So we decided to rent a condo. This was our 1st time and it was worth it. The owner was friendly and gracious and the condo was very clean. It had a well kept spa and game room in the complex and the weather was perfect for us. I would definetly stay here again. The restaurants we went to for dinner the 2 nights we were there served delicious food. The Angels Restaurant, just down the street was friendly and cozy and the food was fresh and hot. The Pizza Works across the street from Angels was just as good. I had spaghetti & meatballs. I didn't ask if they made their own pasta but I'm sure they made the meatballs. Yum!
Mammoth is a neat little town and we had a wonderful time.

Affordable, Great Amenities, Convenient Location

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable condo in Mammoth, without needing to compromise luxury and amenities. We stayed here for two nights for the Memorial Day weekend on a fishing trip. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and communicative, especially with offering travel tips and suggestions.

The location of the condo is very convenient - down the street from restaurants and shops. The condo actually has a beautiful view of the snowtop mountains, from the windows and balcony. It was nice to have coffee in the morning with the view.

It is a very comfortable place to stay for four people. The sofa bed was actually very comfortable. I am sensitive with mattresses, and I experienced no problems.

The condo is very clean and well-maintained, with a kitchen upgraded with new appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher). Everything else you need is there in the condo - utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc. Plenty of plush towels are made available in the bathroom. The flatscreen TV - with cable and a DVD player - was very useful, especially for children.

And lastly, although we didn't use the clubhouse, we thought it was pretty nice, with a nice indoor jacuzzi, pool table, ping-pong table, arcade, etc. Would have used it, if we were staying longer.

Overall, I highly recommend this condo. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay.
