The hot tip of nature lovers, celebrities and artists, who were seeking for rest, has long since developed into a meeting place for visitors fond of life and pleasure. Relaxation with a stylish flair and a wonderful view of the river Havel from the “Hotel am See” or meatballs at the corner store. A house with all comfort and a sophisticated interior design offers ideal conditions for families. The living and eating area is in the ground floor (50 square meters) with a panorama window, a roofed terrace and two bedrooms. Kitchen, bathroom and guest restroom are also located in the first floor. The upper floor has also 2 bedrooms with a couch.

The house is located 2 minutes from a shopping mall (Drospa Hoffmann, Aldi, Bolle, butchery etc.) The river Havel is reachable within a 5 minute walk, from there ferries leave for Wannsee. Exclusive restaurants and beer gardens with playing grounds for children can be found along the river as well as in the village centre. By car you can get to the Ku´Damm and the exhibition centre Berlin Funkturm in 15 minutes. Bus X34 is a 45 minutes transfer from Kladow to railway station Zoo in mid Berlin. Bus 137 is a 20 minute ride to Spandau main station.

Further Details: The apartment is not outfitted for wheelchairs.

Bus: Kladow has an excellent public transportation system. Bus stops are just 500m from the house. Bus X34 takes you the Berlin Zoo in 45 minutes, Bus 134 needs 20 minutes to Spandau mainstation and the old town with its citadel. A shuttle bus service is set up from Zoo to Tegel airport. In the summer month a ferry takes you to the Wannsee swimming area. The ferry takes off 8 minutes from the house and costs 2,10 € per ride. For all night owls two night busses operate at 30 minute intervals. By car you can reach the Ku'Damm (inner city Berlin) in 20 minutes as you can use the freeway.

Sehr gut geignet für Familien, Gruppen

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen.Die Zimmer sind alle individuell eingerichtet, was uns sehr gut gefiel. Besonders die grosse Terrasse und das Wohnzimmer.Es war alles gepflegt und sauber.Zu Fuß kann man das kleine Zentrum sehr gut erreichen.Dort befindet sich einfach alles!!Banken, Fleischereien, Restaurants, Lidl, Bolle, Hoffman...usw..Zu Fuss kann man auch die Promenade erreichen. Dort befinden sich auch einige sehr schöne und preiswerte Restaurants.Zur Innenstadt gelangt man mit dem Expressbus. Man benötigt kein Auto.
Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Erwachsenen u. 6 Kindern für 3 Nächte gemietet. Es war sehr sauber, großzügig und individuell eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist sehr naturnah; die Verbindungen in die Berliner Innenstadt sind sehr gut.

Alles in allem haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage verlebt. Einzig die "Holz-Wendeltreppen-Konstruktion" ins Obergeschoß fanden wir gefährlich, da kein Geländer vorhanden war.
Owner's Response: Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr steil.Das stimmt, jedoch ist es eine Treppe die nach DIN abgenommen worden ist.Ein Geländer ist vorhanden, wie man an den Fotos erkennen kann.Trotzdem , herzlichen Dank für die Bewertung.Da viele Mieter einfach, trotz Auffforderung , keine Bewertung abgeben.

Sehr schöne Umgebung und zentral

Wir waren für eine Woche (Oktober 2008) hier und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir hätten nie gedacht, dass Berlin so viel Natur zu bieten hat und so grün ist!

Die Biergärten an der Havel sind sehr zu empfehlen und auch die Restaurants vor Ort bieten eine gute und günstige Küche an!

Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Haltestelle, an der der Bus direkt (ohne umzusteigen) bis zur Haltestelle "Bahnhof Zoo" fährt. Einfacher und bequemer kommt man fast nicht in die City!

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und Probleme werden sofort behoben!

Am besten an dem Haus hat uns der Wohn- und Eßbereich sowie die überdachte Terrasse gefallen. Der obere Bereich mit eigenem Badezimmer ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet, die hier genügend Platz finden, um sich zu entfalten.

Unten befinden sich zwei Schalfzimmer, ein Badezimmer (ohne WC) und ein separates WC, so dass man hier auch gut mit 4 Erwachsenen zurecht kommt. In der kleinen Küche findet man alles, was man dazu braucht, um sich zu versorgen.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen!
