The Villa: With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms the villa sleeps up to thirteen The Ground floor has a large gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, office, a bedroom suite, a smaller bedroom and bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer, The Main Floor houses the master suite with bathroom, walk in closet and sitting area. There is a library and an office with a pull-out couch which can act as a 6th bedroom. In addition there is a second bedroom suite with a fireplace, patio and its own private entrance. The Loft sleeps four and has a private bathroom. For parties that require additional space there is an adjacent villa with four bedrooms that can be rented

The Landscape: The Grounds consist of 4.2 acres of olive trees and gardens with expansive views of Trevi and the Umbrian Valley. There is a covered outdoor seating area with a fireplace adjacent to the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The villa has ample parking and there is an on-site caretaker.
