Balboa Island Bayfront cottage. Close to the village! Great beach! Two bedrooms, master has queen size bed and second bedroom has twins. Den has a queen size sofa bed with a great blowup mattress. Master bath has double sinks, tub and shower. Second bath has shower with door to the outside. Perfect for children to shower off the beach! Gourmet kitchen is great for entertaining! or barbecue outside and have dinner under the stars! Close to all Southern California attractions! Disneyland is 30 minutes away as is Lego Land, Aquarium of the Pacific, Knots Berry Land. Orange County Performing Arts Center is less than 20 minutes. Shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza! World Class Golf Courses near by. There is something for everyone! Wonderful water sports at your fingertips! Body surf at the famous Wedge or Bird watch in the Back Bay. Catalina Island is just a short boat ride away! Vacation on Balboa Island, we would love to share our little secret!

This home is a great beach cottage! Totally remodeled and fully furnished! VERY CLEAN! Wake up and walk to the village for coffee! Beach is great. Direct sunshine all day. Would recommend this home to anyone. Very user friendly.
