Three bed executive courtyard, two bathrooms in brand new gated community called Tuscan Hills. Just 15 minutes away from Disney Theme Parks and all area attractions. The community features a Clubhouse with wireless Internet access, fitness room, game room with pool table/air hockey and Foosball, also tennis courts, sand volleyball and Tot Lot. It is situated on the US 27 just off the 192 in Davenport, near to the interstate 4. There are local shops, bars and restaurants close by including a Wal-Mart superstore.
