Easy to reach, hard to leave! Relax in this new waterfront resort on Long Island Sound in Greenport, on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. This brand new ground floor condominium offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchenette, private poolside deck, two flat screen TVs, Wifi and central air conditioning. Sleeps 4-6 people in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and pullout couch. We welcome children of all ages and can provide high chair and travel cot on request at no charge. Small pets 15lb) may be accepted with pet contract. Upgraded linens. Cliffside Resort is set in 7.5 acres of green landscaped grounds, a direct waterfront location with steps to private resort beach Long Island Sound. The large communal heated swimming pool is open May to September (MD to LD), and there are communal BBQs dotted throughout the resort. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets of any North Fork lodging. Professionally managed by Property Angels of Cutchogue, NY.

Guest Reviews: Rogers family, Greenwich, London, August 3rd 2009: Favorite Activities:: Everything! Golf, swimming, air hockey, visiting towns, aquarium. The Greenport Cinema is very sweet - Art Deco. We prefer the North Fork to the South, much quieter. We had a lovely, relaxing time here and lots of fun - a great spot. Greenport was so pretty. The ice cream parlor gave us massive ice creams which were lovely. We had a fantastic stay! Great to see so many futuristic Prius cars around Town!

Golf: This property is very close to Island's End Golf Course, which is a lovely public course where guests can book T time a week in advance of arrival.
