My family and I loved the house and its location. It was 15 minutes away from Six Flags and 30 minutes away from Seaworld. It also was located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The only problem I faced was customer service when I was trying to reserve the house. The lady that "helped" me was not very polite. She was rude and made me feel like she did not wanted me to reserve the place. I recommend the property to other people, but (hopefully) you can get another person to help.
Owner's Response: We hope to always provide outstanding service and strive to make our guests comfortable. Our greatest hope is for everyone coming to San Antonio to have a great time.

We stayed at this house during hurricane IKE. We were also there to visit family. It sure was great to be there. The house felt like home. We stayed 6 days. We had our dogs with us as well. The fenced yard is great. It was a vacation for them too. The internet access was convenient. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners are really easy to work with and accommodating.

This house was great! We had 2 families (4 kids!) there and it was roomy, clean and well stocked. It is close to shopping, grocery, etc. The owners were easy to work with. We highly recommend this property.
