This spacious and beautiful home in Alamo Square historic neighborhood boasts period details along side modern amenities, including hard wood floors, high end kitchen with stainless steel Viking appliances, LCD TV with Comcast cable, DVD, CD and WIFI access. There are 4 bedrooms - 1 huge bedroom with King size bed and private master bath, 1 large bedroom with Queen size bed and private bath, 1 medium size bedroom with private or shared bathroom, and cozy bedroom with 2 twin size beds. Another bathroom adjoins the living area. The master bedroom has a high end bed with private marble bathroom with claw-foot bathtub to relax, soak in and take in the views. The location is so convenient that you don't need a car to get around. There are 4 bus lines that take you everywhere in the city from downtown to the ocean. Many area attractions are close by or walkable including Japan town, Haight-Ashbury, Golden Gate Park & Castro.

The house is centrally located, one block from Alamo Square with its famous view of the row houses, 'painted ladies' and recently renovated playground for children. Several area attractions are close by, including Haight-Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, Castro district, Japan town, de Young museum, Fillmore Street, and City Hall. The business within 15 minutes of walking distance includes USF, The Fillmore, Yoshi's, City Hall and Kaiser Permanente. The flat is within walking distance from many well-reviewed area restaurants, coffee shops and night life. There are 4 different bus lines close by that take you to anywhere in the city easily, from downtown to the ocean.

Charming Stay in San Fransisco

As this was my first vacation home rental ever, I was a little skeptical and afraid of the whole process at first. I contacted the property manager the day before arriving at this property(extremely last minute) yet she helped me every step of the way by answering all of my annoying questions.(for a full day!) When we arrived we were pleasently surprised too find that the home is exactly as how it is presented in photographs. The property was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated (sleeps 6-7 comfortably). The kitchen had top of the line appliances, and was fully stocked with any gadget you may possibly need. The property has a beautiful park located one block away, and is near convienience stores as well. Although this property has been beautifully renovated, the building is quite old (yet charming), so do expect a little more noise then you may be used too (from the street outside or the suite above you). We rented a vehicle when we were staying here and found that we were close to pretty much everything, parking in the area is not very good, they do offer a parking stall about a block away, which I would highly recommend paying extra for!!! The only thing we found a bit odd in the property was that there was no iron/ironing board, and it lacked the presence of any clocks/alarm clocks. Otherwise the place was fully equipped, and a fantastic place to stay, I would definetly stay here again, and would highly recommend this property.
