This condominium on New Smyrna Beach is one hour east of Orlando, Florida. The unit is on the third floor, and on the southeast corner of the building, directly on the beach with a full view of the ocean from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room and the master bedroom both open onto a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Sunrise views are spectacular. This premium condominium is family friendly. There is an XBox 360 gaming system complete with Guitar Hero III, Halo 3, and Call of Duty 4. There is wireless internet access, a big screen TV in the living room (with a cabinet full of DVDs), and smaller tvs in two of the bedrooms. The children's closet is full of games and toys. The storage closet contains beach toys, including a surfboard, boogie boards, chairs, shovels, buckets, and an umbrella. Outdoor family activities include tennis, swimming (both in the pool and in the ocean), shuffleboard, and sunbathing.
