A View of a Lifetime!! With 3 acres fenced in on the cliff located on Kauai's Northeast side just above Larson's Beach. Surrounded by the National Seashore- Spectacular views of the mountains and white water views of ocean. A Very Creative house with nature all around. The spacious Master suite upstairs features a romantic four poster bed covered by a mosquito net that blows in the tradewinds. The upper suite features an outdoor covered bathroom with a walk-in shower; a spacious covered ocean view lanai with a table for 4 and a large hammock for those lazy afternoons. There are also two separate rooms located just off of the bedroom area; one can be used for small children to sleep (twin bed); the other is an office that has a great antique Captain's desk.

Downstairs there is an additional sleeping area with a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. There is also an additional small private Queen bedroom with air conditioning (no view). The cozy living area features a great 60' HD television and also is a good place for curling up with a book. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight with large windows all around and a dining room table that seats 8.

Just off of the living room is a spacious outdoor covered lanai with a dining table that seats 8. There is also a hot tub for up to 4 guests to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. And a charcoal BBQ for cooking those alfresco meals. This fantastic location is very private and surrounded by a large fenced ( 'keiki'-child friendly) yard with flower and fruit trees. Larson's Beach is a 5-10 minute stroll away with an amazing golden sand stretch and is secuded and private to walk on. Perfect for whale watching in the those winter months and sunbathing all year round. Take your coffee and stroll down to the beach. It's a great place to wake up!

This is one spectacular property! Privacy and seclusion-a perfect get-away-enjoy the outdoor ambience from the open-air master suite lanai to the large yard full of flowering and fruit trees perched on the ocean bluff-a short stroll to the beach below. The owners have thought of everything! The kitchen is a wonderful place to prepare meals and visit with family-there is also a large covered lanai for great alfresco dining and a hot tub to relax those sore muscles when you come back from a day of exploring the spectacular N. Shore-this is heaven! I would highly recomend this home to anyone from honeymoon couples to families-very kid-friendly-the yard is fenced for a great place for them to play-also easy access to both the N. Shore and the east side for shopping-Go For it! And I can guarantee you will thankful that you did!
