The court Yard is an art deco vacation rental apartment building situated in the center of South Beach: Just one block away from the renowned Lincoln Road and five blocks from the famous beaches of South Beach. The vacation rental property from 1937 has been renovated 5 years ago. This 2 story building is surrounded by a peaceful tropical garden. High speed internet is provided in the premises and for your security this vacation rental property has fences, an intercom system securing the entrance and a video surveillance camera system. This comfortable 950 sqft two bedrooms South Beach vacation rental apartment has been totally redecorated and is located in the second floor of the Northwest of the building. Enjoy the weather in its small terrace in the back part of the vacation unit. This South beach vacation apartment provides central a/c and is full of light. It has a very charming living room with comfortable furniture and an old chimney (non working).
