Our beautiful luxury villa is situated on Highlands Reserve, one of the most prestigious golfing communities in the Orlando area & only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Furnished to a very high standard, it comprises two spacious sitting rooms, one which has a 42” Plasma TV. Superb fully-equipped kitchen. Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom, with king sized bed, is located on the first floor and has spacious en-suite facilities. Three very comfortable twin-bedded rooms are also on the first floor, together with a second separate bathroom whilst a second double bedroom with queen sized bed is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms have TVs/DVDs. Private pool & deck with sun loungers. Games room with pool table, air hockey and table football, WIFI computer with fast internet access. Cot, highchair and buggy. 2 sets of golf clubs and 4 tennis racquets. Gas BBQ.

Our villa on Highlands Reserve is within a few minutes from Hwy 192 with its numerous restaurants, shops and attractions. Even closer, is a Publix supermarket, several banks with ATM facilities, hairdressers, nail bar and several take-aways. A 24 hour Walmart super center is just a few minutes along the US 27. The Interstate 4 is within 3 miles giving easy access to Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach or St. Petersburg. For those ladies looking for a vacation work-out, the local Curves is within a 5 minute drive from the villa!! For those seeking more solitude, beautiful Lake Louisa State Park is just a few miles with its numerous hiking trails and picnic area.

Golf: Highlands Reserve Championship golf course, designed by Mike Dasher, is just a few minutes from the villa and gives you pine tree-lined fairways together with open spacious fairways dotted with citrus trees leading onto large, fast, undulating greens, but guests also have the choice of a minimum of 60 golf courses within the local vicinity where rolling hills, sandy bunkers and manicured greens await golfers at all levels.
