We have a great 1 bedroom apartment on UWS that is newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bathroom and a great balcony facing the gardens. The apartment: can sleep 4 (pull out couch), wireless internet, full cable, dvd, great closet space. Location: The apartment is located right by Central Park, shuls, subway on 97th.

Perfect for Families with Kids

Stayed here for 8 nights in August 2009. Apartment was the perfect base for our family of 4, with 2 young girls (8 and 10).

Terrace was a very nice bonus, could check the weather before going out. The space was huge compared to hotel rooms that other relatives stayed in. The kitchen was much needed. Though we didn't cook, the refrigerator and microwave came in handy to store leftovers and reheat breakfast.

The lobby and hallway was dated and old, but apartment was modern and clean. A nice surprise!

Next to Central Park and Subway (same block as C and B Lines; 2 blocks from 1 Line), in the heart of Upper West Side. Neighborhood felt very safe and friendly, as did the doorman.

Only issue was that next door neighbor was separated by a thin wall. We could hear them during the day, but they were very quiet at night. That was OK, as we were out at 10AM and back at 11PM.

We didn't know what to expect, as this was our first Vacation rental by owner. Jodi made this a great experience. We would definitely stay here again next time. A super value.
