Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning is possible twice a week and we encourage a gratuity of $10 per week for the worker.
  • We work very well by accepting Paypal, a system of security for the costumer and the owner, because both get a receipt of the payment made. You need to sign into Paypal and all will be well explained. Also if you have miles accumulated on Advantage of American Airlines, we accept 20.000 miles for $500 and 40.000 for $1000, this is to complete or to add to the payment.
  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: When you confirm a reservation you need to pay 50% of the total amount, the rest has to be paid one month before traveling to the property. We do not accept credit cards or wire transfers.
    WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS ON SITE.

Notes: In the Falcon state, at the northwest of Venezuela, between the villages of Tucacas and Chichiriviche, is located near Morrocoy National Park. This park, which is part in land and part in the sea (Golfo Triste), has a large number of small islands or keys like: Borracho, Pelón, Sombrero, Sal, Playuela y Peraza. Morrocoy's beaches are excellent. But also, underneath, the corals and fish show all their beauty to divers. To enjoy Morrocoy, you must visit the keys (cayos) in a boat. It can be a private boat or you can get a ride in a 'peñero', a small boat that you can share with other passengers or that you can hire to take you and pick you up where you prefer. Some of the keys are very small. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the channels. Ask also to visit the Island of the Birds. Ours is a prime location with a beautiful ocean view and a quality facility that is also an attractive choice to pick.

Driving Information: The main international airport is 'Simon Bolivar' in Maiquetia, where most of the airlines arrive. We recommend you have someone to drive you to Residencias Los Cayos. If you decide to drive, it will take you longer unless you have a GPS and you can download the local map. It has a very complete information on Venezuela. If you decide to have a taxi to drive you to the condo, let us know and we have professional drivers to recommend you with 4X4 type taxis. Normally they will take you and pick up you on time. Of course is your responsibility and the payment is directly to the driver.
