Village grocery store is within walking distance and nearby beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches are just 2 miles or less. Sit in one of our hammocks and snooze or read the latest novel. Separate bathroom and vanity area. Ample closet space. Includes bed linens, towels and 2 beach towels. Kitchenette includes stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, dishes and silverware. Semi private patio in the front and back with outdoor chairs for relaxing. Air conditioned and ceiling fans. TV/DVD player. Wireless internet. DVD Library. Restaurants and Bars nearby. We can arrange bone/Fly fishing trips, Nighttime lobster striking/car rentals and other activities in advance. We treat you like family.

The value far exceeds the rates. Accommodations are exceptionally clean, well maintained and bug free. You can definitley tell that the owners, Cheryl & Jorge have put more into this property than just basic renovations. Their hospitality is genuine and they truly care that you have a wonderful experience.

We stayed for almost a month and as a single mom traveling with 2 young girls (3 & 7) I felt more than comfortable and safe. The units have everything you need as a home away from home plus some. We didn't feel like we were in a multiple unit property because they are private and quiet. The grocery store is definitely within walking distance and there is also a gas station that sells sweet treats for those hot days. You do not need a car but I would recommend one to explore the island and the other incredible beaches. (Cheryl & Jorge will share their island knowledge with you.) You could experience a different beach everyday if you wanted but we loved the little rocky beach at C-Shells; calm waters and we found the tiniest beautiful shells. The beaches on the Atlantic side are a bit rougher but there are several secluded coves you can find with beakers and incredible views. Some of our favorites were on the leeward side - waters smooth as glass and perfect for the girls to run and play in their own space. There isn't much signage to find these beaches and that made the trip more fun...exploring.

We cooked in for the most part but would recommend - Club Washington, Letta's, Rowdy Boys and a little conch stand we found off the side of the road near Dean's Blue Hole.

There is so much more I could write and rave about but will just recommend that you experience it for yourself.
