St Petersburg holiday house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. The home's location and conveniences made us feel right at home in the St. Pete area. So close to the beach and the pool is great! The property owner was particularly helpful and hospitable. The home is immaculate, well furnished, and quite comfortable with everything you could think of to need during your vacation. The property is highly recommended and we would definietly stay here again!

Lana’s Luxuriance, that’s what this vacation home should be named. It certainly lives up to its description and then some. My family, including 3 teenage children, stayed here for an entire week. We were very impressed with the spaciousness and luxuriant style. The marble and granite surfaces were a treat and so beautiful! We could really relax here. We spent many hours in the crystal clear pool. I will never want to stay anywhere again without my own private pool! I cannot adequately describe the joy of swimming under a full moon in the late hours of the night in my own HUGE private pool! How fantastic it was to have so many pool/beach toys and towels included also! There was an abundance of linens and pillows and virtually anything we could have needed was provided. We enjoyed our stay at Lana’s home and in this beautiful community of St. Petersburg. We will definitely be back. We are contemplating spending our Christmas here. Lana has done a marvelous job with this home and as a hostess. This was a treat to be treasured.
The Castles

We have always stayed in a beachfront condo for our summer vacations but this year decided to try something different. Boy were we pleased with our change of pace! With only being 2 miles from the beach, we didn't miss staying in a condo at all. We had much more room and the pool doesn't close at 10pm! Lana was the perfect host with providing everything we needed from toiletries, laundry and dishwashing needs to beach towels, toys and chairs. For a family with 3 children, it was wonderful to not have to pack so much "other" things for a nice beach vacation. The house is very clean and spacious with plenty of bedding and bath linens. We were in close proximity to everything and enjoyed the beach and many other attractions that St. Petersburg has to offer. The neighbors are friendly and provided recommendations for good seafood eating - Dockside Dave's - which was awesome! You've got to try the grouper sandwich! And just like the lobby of a condo, Lana provided a folder with many maps, brochures and coupons for activities and attractions. This made it very easy to plan our week. Thank you so much Lana for sharing your wonderful home. My husband and children want to return next year!
