The property has a private boat dock which is located in a private cove. Surrounded by woods, this is the perfect getaway. Enjoy water skiing, fishing and all the magnificent surroundings offered by the beautiful Lake Norris in Tennessee. Built in 2005, our home is in immaculate condition and is well maintained. Home is equipped with 5 Bedrooms:(Beds: 1 King, 2 queens and 4 bunk beds (bunk beds sleep a total of 8). Total sleeping capacity is 14 people. Non-smoking household.

    In season: May and September $1,750 for 7 nights,$250 per night.
    Off-season rates: Weekly $1,400 for 7 nights or $200 per night.
    Holidays: Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Years Week, Easter
    Week $300/night
    Cleaning fee: $110 (included/no charge with 7 day rentals)

Property was clean and well maintained. Owner was easy to work with, lake location was great, private, beautiful and peaceful. A great place to relax with family or friends.
