This three bedroom, three bath home features sunlit rooms and lush landscaping, with brick driveways and paths connecting the outdoor areas with the pool and lanai. In addition to the sunny living room, there is a spacious enclosed lanai family room adjacent the pool and spa. Two bedrooms offer a king-sized bed and the third a queen. All bedrooms have a television and two are equipped with DVDs. Additional televisions are in the living room and lanai, all with cable. The brand new large kitchen features ample storage, premium cookware and serving ware for fine dining and entertaining. Granite counters and ambient lighting make cooking a delight. In addition to the round teak dining table for six indoors, an additional teak dining set allows outdoor dining. In all, Palmview provides a luxurious yet comfortable setting to relax and enjoy a short stay or a season.
