The area has a nice, wide beach with lifeguard service, as well as easy access to plenty of attractions and restaurants. An easy stroll to Seacrets, Jolly Rogers, and the Convention Center makes this a popular spot for all ages. And the best part... The beach is just steps from the building... No need to carry beach chairs across Coastal Highway! Adults & Families Only. Sorry, no spring breakers or senior weekers allowed. No Smoking or Pets.

Very Nice Unit / Great Location

This is a very comfortable, clean efficiency unit located steps from a nice, quiet area of the beach. It is near the convention center, convenient to restaurants and a short drive to the boardwalk attractions. The owners were exceptionally helpful. You will not be disappointed with this rental unit.
