This spacious and very good maintained villa is located immediately at the sea side on a large rocky property in its natural state. From outdoors you are overlooking the bay of 'La Fresnaye' belonging to the Cape Frehel Area which is half way between St. Malo and St. Brieuc. The villa is comfortably furnished, a bit old fashioned and has got new beds and a new kitchen and an Oil-fired heating. Before 12 July and pas 30 August, you can hire the ground floor only with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for low rates. The other rooms remain locked up or can be occupied for a surcharge.

The villa is comfortably, what oldfashioned furnished and has 5000 sq m grass property with trees and bushes. From the Eastern part of the terrace you have lovely sea views onto the Bay La Fresnaye at Cape Frehel. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living-dining room with open fire place and a kitchen, which has a new Vitro-Ceran stove, microwave and a fridge-freezer combination. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 showers. Shops are 3 km and the nearest sandy beach is 7 km away.
