This home is very comfortable and has an ideal layout for 2 couples or a family. It is fully furnished, includes dishes, linens, beach towels, all that you need to just move in and enjoy. Full size washer and dryer. There is a vaulted ceiling in the living room and all rooms have ceiling fans. The lanai is perfect to kick back and relax, and sitting outside is also very pleasant. The neighbors and the neighborhood are very friendly. It is only 4.5 miles to the Anna Maria Island Beaches, and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf & great biking.

  • Maximum 6 people, $350 damage deposit, $75 cleaning fee. Check in 3pm, check out 11am. Reservations will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival date, will result in loss of deposit. If we are able to fill the canceled vacancy- the deposit will be returned.
  • We will consider pets on and individual basis. If you have a pet, please let us know the details and we can let you know what our requirements are.
