The Master bedroom has a king canopy bed with romantic fine blue sheers and memory foam mattress for a reviving sleep, features a dome ceiling over the window with view of blooming wild pear trees at the front garden, has ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in-closet; 32 in. LCD TV with cable; and through a two fold French door leads to a sunny indoor sitting area.
3 Queen bedrooms spacious, with lush atmospheric touches and view to the gardens; all bedrooms have high quality or memory foam mattresses, are equipped with 32 in. flat LCD TVs with Cable and alarms with AM/FM and iPod docking stations.
There are 2 full bathrooms, one ensuite to the master with Jetted tub, and one 2 piece bath on ground floor, towels and hair dryers provided.
The Living room hosts in comfort and elegance family reunions, has a 42 in. LCD TV with cable, Stereo with DVD/CD/radio/i-pod player, view to the front garden and extends to the dining area for atmospheric dining for 8 guest.
The Family room with gas fireplace, and the entertainment centre (52 in. LCD TV, cable, blu-ray, Wii); also has a double bed sofa with an extra memory foam top cover to ensure sleep comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, including a 19 in. LCD TV, and in open concept with the dinette where you can enjoy the panoramic view to the back garden with big maple trees and the pool.

We are 3’ from the Golf, near the historic Horse Carriage route, the historic Fort George site and the Niagara Parkway waterfront trail which is ideal for walking, bicycling or rollerblading. 12’ drive from Niagara Falls, 45’ from Buffalo International Airport and 60’ from Toronto Pearson International Airport.
