  • Additional $60 per week for electrical charge. $500 damage deposit is elegible for refund.

    Credit card payment accepted via PayPal. Personal checks are also accepted.
    No additional charge apply for holiday weeks.
    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • We ask for 50% of the rent to hold the date with the balance due, including the $500 Damage Deposit, not less than 30 days prior to your arrival. Your dates will be guaranteed when your deposit and signed rental agreement are received.

    You may cancel with 30-day notice (or more) and receive a refund, less 15% of the reservation deposit, if we are able to re-rent the property for the same period. If we are unable to re-rent, the full amount prepaid will be forfeited. Cancellation with less than 30-day notice will not be eligible for refund.

    We do collect a damage deposit that is fully refundable ($500 per rental period). Also we collect a cleaning fee ($125 for rental period), $60.00 weekly electric fee and governmental fees (11% of rental rate) that are non-refundable. The deposit and fees are paid not less than 30 days to your arrival.

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was there. The location was excellent with everything being easy to get to-even with construction going on! We visited nearby places-Sanibel Island was our favorite. A few days we just stayed at the house and relaxed-the kids didn't want to leave! Just as advertised-we can't wait to come stay again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

The "Heron House" is exactly as illustrated. Very clean and comfortable.
The Pool and Hot-Tub are the most enjoyable features in our estimation.
It is in the middle of nowhere but close enough by car to anywhere.

the house was great and very clean includig the swimming pool and whirlpool. good size bedrooms and beds.lots of storage for clothing and nice walking closets. big master bedroom with king size bed. very nice leather couch in family room. screened swimming pool, keeping bugs out. nice quiet area. car garage a plus with remote controls. highly recommed the home. nice family environment.
