This beautifully decorated, one bedroom,one bath, waterview, vacation condo is situated in the Holiday Island Resort on the Island of Tierra Verde.(just south of St.Petersburg Beach in the Tampa Bay area). Waterfront complex has terrific views from entire property and balcony; Has fishing pier, tennis courts, clubhouse whit pool table, big screen TV and Gym,heated pool/jacuzzi. The unit is completely furnished with everything you need for a fantastic vacation; just bring your toothbrush and a bathing suit. The unit has been recently refurbished (Aug 2007), including a brand new Pillow Top Mattress. Pets are NOT allowed, NO Smoking inside the unit. Tierra Verde is just three miles from Fort de Soto beach & state park, Voted No.1 beach in America, 2005, 2007 Only 20 miles from downtown Tampa.
