Welcome to Alihi Lani #3 at Poipu Beach. This fantastic ocean front condo has been completely upgraded with classic Hawaiian decor in June, 2008. Stroll on the cool natural stone floor throughout, enjoy the granite counters and stainless appliances in the brand new kitchen, or relax watching your favorite sports or movies on 2 wall mounted flat screen TVs. Relax on the covered Lanai and admire the ocean waves breaking over the coral, or the surfers trying to catch the next wave, and finally the sun-setting over the water during the winter months. Have you ever seen the 'green flash'? This unit is the prime location on the ground floor within this 6 unit complex, close to the pool and BBQ grill area. Find yourself looking at the ocean from the living area or kitchen as you're making lunch or dinner. Relax on the lanai for 'happy hour' and the sunset. Private parking is located in the rear of the building.

The living and dining area has been upgraded with new furniture, including a 42 in. flat screen HDTV, along with an HD/DVD, DVD movies, CD player and several paperback books. The Kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with stainless appliances, including the Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Range and Microwave. Granite counter tops and backsplash finish off this convenient area to gather and make your meals.

The Master Bedroom includes a fantastic California King sized bed, along with a 26 in. wall mounted flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has also been tastefully upgraded. The Guest Bedroom includes two twin beds that can be combined to make into a Queen sized bed if desired. The second bathroom is right around the corner from this room, and includes a newly upgraded stone shower. Relax in the sun at our private pool, cook your meals on our 2 Weber BBQ gas grills, or take a short walk to the sandy beaches.

The unit was just as described. It was perfect for a family of four adults and two children. Ron was very helpful in answering the last minute questions we had and locating a rental company for our infant necessities. It was great to wake up each morning and watch surfers, swimmers and paddle boarders in the water out front - not to mention the green sea turtles! Property Management is The Parrish Collection Kauai and they were great. When we returned the keys they were offering a discount for repeat customers. We will definitely be back!

We especially enjoyed this condo. The location is top, Terry and the management crew were efficient (we had a minor leak under sink which was taken care of very promptly) and the condo is very nicely done. Big, breezy and perfect for the four of us.

Our family spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful condo in November. The upgrades and furnishings are fantastic and I would highly recommend this unit to everyone. The views of the ocean are spellbinding from the lanai or poolside. We're going back!

This unit is spectacular, loved the sunsets over the water and the relaxation by the pool. The upgrades to the unit have been very tastefully done. The slate floor is awesome.
