Our beautiful home is suitable for up to 6 people. It has a bright rooftop terrace, lawn chairs and a grill. It is located just 5 minutes away from Lac du Salagou, where one can windsurf and sail, 30 min. from Gorge, the sea is 40 minutes away (Cap D'Agde), as is Montpellier. The closest town is L'Herault. Recently refurbished, this charming house consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate lounge. The house has a large roof-terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and the lake. The property has central heating and can be rented all year round individually or together with Units 2 and 3. Centrally placed in the department of the Hérault and 30 minutes from Montpellier, capital of the Languedoc Rousssillon region, 5 mins Lac Salagou,30 min. from Gorge & 45 min. from the beeches of Agde. Clermont l'Herault continues to develop. In an environment possesses a rich natural and historic heritage.
