This is Florida ! Great rental for families or larger groups. 4 bedrooms 3 baths. Screened pool area. Nice yard with a dock on the waterway. Quiet family neighborhood, cul-de-sac street. Centrally located 5 minute drive to the beach and 20 minutes from the airport. Easy to get to golf, fishing, shopping, casinos and nightlife. Bring your boat, rent one nearby, or just enjoy the water view. Heated Pool and deck are new as of Oct 2009.
