This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Costa del Sol unit boasts 3 levels of beachfront balconies. Evenings spent watching the seagulls at sunset while listening to the sounds of the rustling waves will remind you why you chose to escape here to the Emerald Coast. Enjoy entertaining on the main level in the open living area overlooking the Gulf. Open the doors to the balcony and let the gulf breeze drift in. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for a night-in. Cook some fresh seafood to enjoy eating beachfront on the balcony. There is also a powder room on this level. The master and guest bedrooms are comfortably situated on the upper level, each with their own gally-style bathroom. Another beachfront balcony is off the master.
