Located on a narrow stretch of Captiva Island with gulf to bay access, luxury awaits you in this three bedroom, two and a half bath, beach villa with 2320 sq. ft. of living space and a tropical beach décor. Upgrades include four flat screen televisions, four DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, iPod docking stations, wine refrigerator and a washer/dryer. The main floor spacious master bedroom features a King Bed with a screened veranda. The Den also features a sleeper sofa. On the second level, the “Donax” offers a King Bed with a gulf view. The second upstairs bedroom has a Full-Size Bed and an extra long Twin Bed with a screened tile porch. Guests also enjoy: heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill area, and boat dock.
