Residence Trivento is in Palinuro, in the Cilento National Park, not far from the Arco Naturale, an enchanting sandy beach. It is situated on a hillside and surrounded by olive trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation. It is approximately 3.5km from Palinuro town centre. It consists of two different groups of apartments connected by a small street and a sport-and-leisure centre. Its quiet position makes it ideal for families who are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature. The sport-and-leisure centre, 1.200m from the beach, is the heart of the whole structure and includes: a reception office, two separate swimming-pools, one for adults (m.12.5x25) and a shallow one for children (m.6x11.5), with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas, snack bar, tennis- and football/ volleyball courts, bowls, table-tennis, archery and video games, mini and junior club, organized entertainment, internet point wi-fi, laundry service, safe, telephone in the apartments, possibility of boat trips, excursion

The second group is further up the hill about m.850 from the sport-and-leisure centre and m.2.100 from the beach. It consists of 10 small villas, divided into 2 or 3 self apartments with roof terraces and table, chairs and deck-chairs.They are situated on the hill and surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation. They have a wonderful panoramic view of Cape Palinuro and the Mingardo beach.     You will enjoy the richness of our Flora and Fauna in the Oasis of Morigerati, an untouched territory where you will find a large variety of animal species and flowering plants. ---
    The sea is as beautiful as the land of these places, Capo Palinuro and Marina di Camerota hid wonderful colors and suggesting caves. Then another event not to miss is 'Lamparata', a typical fishing technique by a boat and its typical light called 'lampara'.
    Palinuro and Marina di Camerota are also good places for cave diving, and it's also possible a diving course in our pool and than in our wonderful sea.
  • How to reach Residence Trivento
    Drive on the motorway A3 Salerno - Reggio Calabria and take the exit Battipaglia (90km to the Residence). Then, join the SS18 towards Agropoli/Vallo della Lucania/Futani and take the exit Poderia (8,5km to the Residence). Following the road signs to Palinuro, drive on the SR562, which runs along the river Mingardo. At the end of this road, on the right, there the FIAT Showroom is. Here turn right into a narrow path; at the next crossing turn right again and afterwards turn left. After 50m our parking place and the reception entrance.

All the beaches have their legends and stories. By car or train it is possible to visit Pompei, Naples and the Vesuvio volcan and the Amalfi coast.

In Marina di Camerota, on the 04.08 there is a religious festival for celebrating San Domenico, with muic and fireworks. In Lentiscosa, from 02.09 to 05.09 there is a religious festival for celebrating Santa Rosalia. In Palinuro, from 24.09 to 26.09 there is a religious festival for celebrating sant'Antonio. During the summer there are also enogastronomic festivals.
