The apartment description is just what you will find – cozy, spacious and in great location. Walking distance to the Central park, Metropolitan and Guggenheim museums, a few grocery stores around, many restaurants, pharmacies, two blocks away from Carl Schurz park on the East river, close to the subway and buses. At the same time the street is very quiet and safe. The kitchen is well equipped and there are also plenty of pasta, spices and teas left from the previous residents. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and courteous. We had a great time in NYC partially due to nice accommodations and hope you do too!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très grand, propre, bien équipé, avec tout le confort que l'on peut espérer. Quartier calme, à 5 minutes du métro.

We spend a really good week in this apt. It is very big, clean, well furnished, with all the comfort you can hope. Quiet neighborhood, 5 min from subway.
