Photos and Description of this 10th Canal St Martin holiday Studio. Walk to the Marais. Perfect location to visit Paris !

The place is located at the very center of Paris, between the 3rd and the 10th district, near Place de la République. 3 minutes from the flat you can take the metro and go to the Louvre Museum, the Opera, Notre Dame, the Seine River in 15 minutes. We can also walk to the Marais and Bastille area. The building is in the front of the famous Canal Saint Martin (10th district), which is a highly romantic place. The studio is 28 m2 and has a nice terrace (where you can have romantic dinner) in front of a great garden. The place is safe and very quiet, ideal to rest after a walking day. Very comfortable. There is one double bed + 1 sofabed, which makes 4 sleeps. The apartment is deal for a couple. NB. There is no wardrobe of shelf available for luggage and belongings. Closest metro station is Republique : easy & short to access from airports...and to go anywhere in Paris.

The place is called Canal Saint Martin, is is very close to 'The Marais', famous trendy place. The Place de la Republique is close (2 minutes), from there you can go quickly to any place in Paris : Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Opera, Montmartre, Moulin-Rouge, Champs-Elysées, etc. Department stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps) are a mere 10 mins metro ride.

Great Place to stay!!!

My buddy and I came here the last week of may 2009 and throughly enjoyed the stay. The place is near a lot of restaurants, eateries, or fast food. Extremely convenient to get around Paris as the metro station is nearby.
The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. If and when we come back to Paris, I would definitely stay here again. We recommend this place greatly!!
