The four cozily furnished apartments consist of living room / bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Two apartments can be combined with another. The house is located right by a ski slope, not far from cross-country trails and a sled run. During the summer, it is ideal for mountain climbers and hikers. The view of the Wilden Kaiser and the golf course is simply stunning.

Ski: Haus Grizzly is located directly by the Hartkaiserbahn ski slope and by the Kirchbichl practice run. Cross-country skiing is possible on the Kaiserloipe trail. There are an additional 90 ski lifts available. The sled run is within walking distance, and otherwise it is possible to spend the entire day without an automobile.
