Two Penthouse Side by Side Junior Suites that connect as a two bedroom suite, yet are separate. Both have private balconies. Perfect for 2 couples vacationing together. These sets of Junior Suites are side by side on the PH floors, located in Tower A and B with fabulous views of the Las Vegas Strip. Each suite comes with a whirlpool tub, 2 TVs (even in the bathrooms), DVD players, IPod dock, kitchenette with pots/pans, utensils, blender, microwave, toaster and more. We regularly inspect our suites to make sure they represent our level of quality and cleanliness. We maintain the highest quality of all contents including the maid service, linens and towels. We have also added personal touches such as designer pillows, additional kitchen items, and more. All our guests will experience a luxurious stay in their Home away from Home, while staying in our suites. We expect our renters to maintain and respect our nonsmoking suites.

Junior Penthouse Suites

Great place in very good condition. The owner was very easy to work with.
Valet parking staff was friendly and efficient. Only once did i have to wait more than 2 minutes for my car.
Due to the lack of furniture on the balcony they were underutilized even though weather was perfect for using them. It is a long walk to the strip through the MGM Grand, so bring your hiking shoes. Close proximity to get on the tram for other destinations on the strip.
I would highly recommend this place and these owners for your reservations.

I stayed there with my cousins and we has the adjoining suites.It was great! I highly recommend this property! Lianne was available whenever I had questions. We felt very comfortable especially after going to Trader Joe's to stock the fridge.
The staff were awesome too! I would surely stay there again!
Only one drawback was the small coffee pot.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

I've never used a site like this or rented from a owner. Lianne was a pleasure to work out our dates and price for both suites. Upon arrival it feels as if you are driving into your own place. The service from the hotel is awesome. When we got to the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised. The kitchenette was great with everything you need from microwave, refrig, toaster, blender and coffee pot. (bring your own coffee, the hotel won't give you any because it is owner owned) The bathrooms were so big and nice. I can't say anything negative about this place. Great place and great owner.
p.s. this is a valet only hotel.
